My property is now controlled by RCD and The John Stewart Company. RCD gave a lot of promises, and apparently kept a lot of secretes. They want to turn our home into a low income building by giving us limited guest visits, rude staff from the John Stewart Company, and no communication between RCD and John Stewart company (we only can speak with in house staff, 2 people) The elderly and disabled barely have access to the building since the elevator doesn't work, and electricity is scares.
