I am compelled to share my unsatisfactory experience with RESOURCES FIJI LLC regarding outstanding payments. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and request payment on overdue invoices, the company has repeatedly failed to settle their accounts or provide consistent updates. On one occasion, they responded, assuring that payment would be made “within weeks,” but subsequent follow-ups have been met with silence. Eli Drake (owner) refuses to pay his vendors. We have tried to collect funds since last year on two drayage moves and he has become unresponsive to us and our collections agency.
I experienced a very high quality service with Resources Fiji recently and absolutely loved the product I received. Most importantly my clients loved the slabs I got and compliments on them are endless. To anyone looking to make a statement in the wood industry I highly recommend this company
