Desiree is very professional and helps me always when I come to Resourceone, she helps me understand how to deposit money in my account electronically. I nominate her employee of the month.
This branch has been awful since after Covid. The lines are always long with just 1 or 2 tellers. The branch manager always in her office with a clear view of line but no effort to see if she can help. It’s mind blowing how it seems there I no sense of urgency with the customers. The tellers can only do so much so management needs to step in and help.
