I love the people here. Always super friendly and patient. I need to say one thing . The dead crickets at the entrance is nasty and shows a lack of concern . 1st impressions mean alot . Budgets cuts hurt I know but we are your valued customers. We want the same clean entrance and banking experience you give all of your customers at the other branches as well. . Keep being great!!!!!
Resource One has been my bank for more than 10 years and I am more than satisfy with their service, yes there has been fraud like any other bank, but the team is great at communicating the problem. I also had a great experience recently with Ms. Donna she is great at her job and friendly, it is always great to have a representative who is willing to help with a smile on her face.
They have a very good fraud team. Thank you Resource One Fraud Team for all you do.
This has been the WORST experience 😤. I honestly don’t know what’s going on, but this bank seriously needs to get it together. How can I trust a bank when I have zero confidence in their ability to protect my money? I stood in line for over an hour yesterday just to get a new card, only to have it compromised again in less than 45 minutes after leaving. Make it make sense! And where is the support for long-standing customers? At this point, I’m ready to pull my money out and take it elsewhere.
