There’s two aspects to any work place. The daily tasks and work environment. Sales isn’t for everybody . Leads are much different than an incoming call center where customers are calling into you. I love the company, work was fairly challenging for a seasoned sales person but I welcomed it. The pay was reasonable. If it wasnt for personal problems, I would have stayed. Great opportunity for stay at home moms, people caring for elderly etc.. .

This place is horrible. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Too much drama between employees and when they did discipline employees they would do it in front of all of us in the call center where everyone could hear them yelling. They don't pay what they say they will and when asked why the money and checks didn't come in or weren't correct for the hours you work...management would fire you by text message and not respond to calls. Would not recommend.

The worst example of telemarketing I've seen in my entire LIFE! Jasmine should most definitely be fired on the spot. If that's how this company starts a relationship with a customer I'd run the other way!
