Resource Connections do not care about keeping good PSWs. I have been working for them for 10 years. They have kept me from getting paid on several occasions. One caseworker tried guilting a family when they decided to use a different brokerage and told them they would lose services if they switched. Wasn't true at all and they did not lose services .
