I have been with this bank around 8 years. I have never had any issues. Friendly staff. Smiles. I appreciate knowing on a hot, South Louisiana day, I have a option of requesting a bottled water. It is the small things.
Took care of my transaction with a smile. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Friendly wonderful service. No wait in line. My cashier was awesome and was happy to serve me. That makes you smile
I'm not sure if this agent was new but I would have to say Ms. Teresa was very inexperienced. I was on hold for x amount of minutes about requirements on opening a bank account. I called back a second time to ask about checking cashing percentages, again another long hold. Finally she asks about the account number of the check but never answered my question!!! This was definitely not what I anticipated calling Resource Bank! 🤦♂️
