Beware! Not only are the prices higher on their website versus contacting the resort directly, they have a very rude customer service team. Additionally there is a rude woman by the name of Ashley that claims to be the ONLY SUPERVISOR with no one above her who is very rude, disrespectful, argumentative and provides false and misleading information. Used the service in February of 2023. We were at cozumel on a cruise port day. Booking the resort for a day was perfect. Elcozumelino was nice. The food was good and the drinks were plentiful. The snorkeling is amazing, right off the beach!
My husband and I booked Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica through Resorts for a Day while in Jamaica for one day on a cruise. We got very clear directions on where to meet for transportation, had a very respectful and knowledgeable driver who told us about the history of the island, enjoyed a wonderful day at the resort with beach, food, drinks and a pool, then was transported back to our cruise ship with time to spare!
