They honored every aspect of our agreement and successfully got us released from the timeshare. We received updates during the process and customer service was responsive. We couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get out of their timeshare!
We went to 2 local law firms and after reviewing our contract they both told us our contract with the resort was enforceable and could not be broken. We reached out to Fidelity Resource Management. Their case managers were very knowledgeable concerning the timeshare industry. Our experience with Resort Exit was positive. The process did have some speed bumps, but we were warned in advance the resort would try to slow walk our case. There were no extra charges and everything was performed as agreed. We are out of the timeshare nonsense! We highly recommend Resort Exit.
We chose Fidelity Resource Management after referencing the Better Business Bureau. Their customer service was spot on, and they always responded promptly via email. The payments and fees are canceled and our children will never have to inherit the property.
RUNAROUND AND FRAUD. This company took my $3600 and referred me out to a "law firm" who after 12+ months of avoiding phone calls and emails, repeated requests from me for the same info, and basically doing NOTHING except telling me "we're working on it", "waiting to hear from Hilton", allowed my FULLY PAID OFF timeshare in the amount of $30,000 to go into foreclosure.
