RecommendedI’ve only been going 3 weeks but I’m down 6 lbs. Slow but steady and I eat regular food. I’ve learned foods that I thought were healthy really aren’t and vice verse. I also like that they don’t sell shakes, bars, meals, etc. Quick, rapid weight loss diets never work for me. This feels like something that will last.
