I am very dissatisfied with my interactions with this place. about 2 months ago my mother made me an appointment to get a facial and massage when i showed up they said something got messed up and i was not on the schedule anymore (said the receptionist was new). the owner did call and resolve that with me which was great that’s why they are getting 2 stars. but yesterday i called to schedule a massage for my husband, today i was called and told the receptionist is new and messed up. so that has been their excuse 2 times now ... read more
I hate to say but it was a horrible experience. I called over 4 weeks ago and had a reservation for me and my wife for 8/1. I was called last Friday and told they had to change our reservation. I get a person quit. Then they tried to reschedule and they told me 8/31 was the earliest. So 8 weeks to wait for a massage. Sorry that is unacceptable. We are paying for this service it’s not free. It’s expensive for sure. So to be treated like this. No go, good luck!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Resolutions. Sarah is a star! She gave me a world-class medi pedi, and the results were on point. Sarah walked me through the process step by step and also answered any questions I had. She was bubbly, friendly, and overall a nice person. I highly recommend asking this spa and asking for Sarah. 10/10
