I wanted to lose 10 lbs before a vacation. I had about 8 weeks to do so. I didn’t expect to meet my goal but thought with help I could come close. I leave today and the scales showed my goal weight exactly. Not goal weight +.2 lbs, but my goal weight to the exact pound. Shari not only helped me meet this goal, but she helped me with other things I was interested in. She is kind and caring, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Shari if you are looking for focus or motivation.

I have booked several sessions with Resolution Hypnotherapy for varies things over the past four years and have always had great results. Shari Crook is very personable while maintaining professionalism. Her training and expertise is top notch. My anxiety and clarity has improved over the years. Through my experiences with her services, I have grown to appreciate the benefits of meditation and hypnotherapy as part of my personal growth and development. It has been life changing.

I was in town for a professional workshop and had intended on going to one of the yoga sessions at this location. Instead, I signed up for the 2-hour past life regression meditation in Synergy’s in-house salt cave. She provided invaluable psychoeducation and research-based information behind her practice. I attended with one other woman, so this was a very personal experience. She was a helpful guide for meditation though I did not expect to have anything beyond that.
