I’m sorry to have to post this but I highly recommend using anyone but Brandon Metcalfe. He said he was filing an Offer In Compromise for my significant other. We were charged $3,000 up front and told that this is a very LENGTHY process. We trusted this advice and waited. While fees and penalties racked up by the thousands. After a 3k deposit (upfront) we were told that our tax relief would be a very easy case. 6 years later, we just ended up paying the IRS what was due. Brandon was useless. Save your money and just download the forms yourself. What he basically charges you for is to fill out forms. Who knows what happens afterwards. He never returns calls, and always has an excuse why he can’t be reached. He rents a room in Tempe at a law office. He is not a lawyer! Brandon was great! Good communitcation even on the weekends, because of course the IRS stuff always shows up on a saturday to ruin your weekend. LOL.... Recommended!!
