Please do not call or hire this person. He was acting under a different business name prior. I have tried multiple times to get Brandon to file my 2020 amended return. I did all the research and provided all documentation and information 4 different times over the past 11 months. My fiance and I worked with Brandon on an IRS issue in the fall of 2020. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of our issue and guided us through the process professionally and timely. I did my due diligence in selecting Resolute Tax Services and we are quite pleased with the results. Brandon also recently helped us on a professional form that was sent to us and gave us the perfect advice after he did some research. I’m sorry to have to post this but I highly recommend using anyone but Brandon Metcalfe. He said he was filing an Offer In Compromise for my significant other. We were charged $3,000 up front and told that this is a very LENGTHY process. We trusted this advice and waited. While fees and penalties racked up by the thousands. After a 3k deposit (upfront) we were told that our tax relief would be a very easy case. 6 years later, we just ended up paying the IRS what was due. Brandon was useless. Save your money and just download the forms yourself. What he basically charges you for is to fill out forms. Who knows what happens afterwards.
