Dear John, ever since you retired, we haven't known what to do. You were a wonderful person—even before being a lawyer. Now that you’ve left, we are without a lawyer and don't know where to turn.
I was advocating for an elder-friend of mine and reached out to John for assistance with the possibility of pursuing the matter in Small Claims Court. Both John and his support staff were very professional, thorough, and timely with their feedback and recommendation. In the end, we could not go forward due to lack of substantive evidence; I appreciate that John was honest instead of trying to fight what would have been a loosing battle for the sake of fees.
