He charged us for the upfront fee for the services, but lucky our issue got resolved and we did't require his service... After then we asked him to refund the fee, its been more than 3 years he didn't refund the money. Even we have his retainer agreement as a proof. I would not recommend his services. Already submit a report about his unprofessionalism and take action of mis-commitment with the clients.
