I have never rented from them nor do I ever have plans to do so. I have seen how ignorant they are at the charging stations to know to stay away from them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Do not even try to rent with them.
Disaster of a company. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Deeply flawed systems that will ruin your weekend. You'll end up spending far more $ than with a more traditional rental service. From the top: 1/ when you pay them and complete your reservation, know that although they have your money, you do not actually have a confirmed reservation, because they require you to jump through a bunch of hoops after that point that are not disclosed up front, and they only let you know later by text message.
