Renting from Equipment Share Vehicle Solutions (aka Resla) was a nightmare. I walked a mile and a half from my house to the designated pickup spot—only to find the 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range wasn’t there. It was 15 miles away at Columbia Regional Airport. I called customer support, who proceeded to tell me that I needed to take a Lyft to the new location because the previous renter had dropped off the car in the wrong location. This company is not the worst but not too far from it. The lack of communication before and during the rental is borderline criminal! Be prepared for outrageous fees and a key app that is dangerous and a safety hazard for anyone using Android phone. Will not use again.

I would not recommend renting from this company. Based on my experience, they did not keep their word and showed very little compassion or understanding for my situation. I communicated with them, kept them updated, and tried to work things out, but it felt like none of that mattered. Customer service was disappointing, and I was left feeling like they cared more about taking my money than treating customers with fairness and respect.
