Angela is a sweet amazing person. She really took the time to understand and help me. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness, support, and overall just making my day better.
They said I caused damage to the rental when I know for a fact I did not. To the inside and the outside
Jumped through their hoops all afternoon then (because they were unfamiliar with my USAA car insurance) they demanded 40% extra for a damage waiver that was already being provided by my USAA credit card. Big dysfunctional. Cancelled rental. Total waste of time.
This is my first experience with a Tesla and renting with Resla was a game changer. My agent Danielle, provided exceptional service and assisted me throughout the entire rental process up until I drove off! I’d recommend Resla to anyone who wants a hassle free, rental experience! I’ll be renting again in the future!
