This has been my to-go place since 2020. I had my first Stetson 30X bought and shaped by Aubrey, since then I bought a huge collection of hats. I go to this location for the brand and price, yes, but more importantly for the quality of personnel and the superb customer service. This place used to be packed with people from all over the place to shape, clean, and purchase, in many cases, their first hat. Now, it's nowhere near as busy.
