They have large inventory hats Set prices on hats starting above 250$ and up. Store is very dusty and hats on the shelves are dirty. Staff is unhelpful would not talk to me or approach me to answer any questions. Was not impressed my first time to the store. It did not feel iconic as the brand. Would purchase a hat from a retailer before buying here.
I was expecting to find the range of Stetson and Resistol hats and the service you’d expect when buying a premium hat. This is like a dusty warehouse of all the old rubbish that couldn’t be sent to the shops to be sold. Everything just thrown together, if your lucky you may find something you like in your size but it’s not well organised and definitely not where to go if your looking to buy yourself a nice hat. Go to boot barn or cavenders etc
