I have used Resilient many times to help my hospice patients get home quickly. Many times on weekends and evenings. they go the extra mile and always follow up if they are running behind or need to change times. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. My latest experiences include changing a transport planned for tomorrow afternoon to today with only 3 hours notice, and another one helping my big burly bedbound guy up a steep staircase on a transport chair so he could be home with his family. Diligent in their questions to ensure proper transport of elderly. On time. And did what they could to work with insurance they also explained options and understood the scenario at hand for patient and family very professional and empatheticallt understanding folks

I’ve always had amazing customer service from the first phone call to the final drop off. The drivers have all been very friendly, cautious on the road and always on time. They’re my go-to transport service.
