Awesome place with passion for true healing!!
Am really enjoying my introduction to Chair Yoga. After spinal fusion surgery 7 months ago and 78 yrs old, this form of "exercise'" helps so much. I think it will benefit me greatly. Wonderful staff!!!
I love going to yoga because Melanie Joy is inspirational! Her great spirit is infectious. Our class is happy and relaxing. I feel so good after class!
The building is very nicely decorated calm and serene. The yoga teacher that we had Saturday morning at 10 o’clock is fantastic and I enjoyed the class immensely.
