Jordan is very knowledgeable and personable. He helped me years ago with my knee and is now helping me with my adductors that are really tight and cranky. Always a pleasure being treated by him

It has been going in the right direction for me and I have been improving. It has been mostly about doing the stretching exercises required that is helping me on the road to recovery as well as the exercises at the gym focused on the target muscle groups. I could have never figured this out on my own.

Years ago, after an MRI, I was informed that I had a herniated and bulging disc in my back. I'd previously seen another PT in 2023. The pain decreased to the point that I could return to work, but the pain was always there. In 2024, the pain increased again, and I contacted the previous PT, but never received a call-back.
