I’ve worked with Carmen from resilient since November. I had a full reconstruction, elbow surgery, and my arm has never felt better after working with him. Not only does the facility have everything you need to get healthy. They also have the best people to do the job. A huge thank you to Carmen and the resilient team for getting me back to playing baseball and feeling better than I ever could

I had Carmen for the past 6 months coming off a right shoulder labrum repair. He has helped me every step of the way and was amazing. He knew exactly what I needed to do and he didn’t let me slack at all. He reached out to me on days I wasn’t with him and he always was able to answer my questions and concerns. His attitude towards my recovery gave me the confidence I needed to get back to 100%

I worked with Chris last autumn in their Chatham location. He helped me recover from a chronic glute tendon injury that significantly limited my activities and was not responding to conservative treatment. Chris was instrumental in me getting better. Chris was excellent and (very) knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation to determine what caused the injury and what was preventing adequate healing.
