A few weeks ago, I had an issue during my very first visit to Resilience Therapeutic Massage. I shared my experience in a review and gave a low rating because I left feeling quite unhappy. To my surprise, the owner reached out to me that same evening. She sincerely apologized for my experience and was eager to make things right. This place is the best! Melanie is AMAZING!!! You will leave here not only feeling relaxed, but your body will feel completely reset and aligned. Could not recommend this place enough! A true hidden gem in Huntersville!
I have been going to Resilience at least once a month for the last 1.5 years. Sami is my regular therapist and is FANTASTIC. She uses different tools & modalities (cupping, hot stones, Gua Sha, etc) depending how my body is feeling. The other therapists are also wonderful and they each have different techniques and offer personalized sessions. Lots of thoughtful touches from decor, to massage tables, to general atmosphere.
Resilience has a team of therapists who are all excellent! Whether it’s for relaxation or to address an old or new injury, the therapists know how to help. Melanie, Hannah, and Sami have each helped me gain more function and pain relief after a significant injury than anything else I have tried. I highly recommend them!
I was so intrigued by my experience with Melanie at Resilience. She opened my eyes to a lot - very impressed with her knowledge (she knows what she’s talking about). The office was very clean and very calming. The sauna room looked so inviting! The room I did bodywork in was really spacious and cozy. The table was amazing - super comfortable and really big.
