Extremely unprofessional. Was harassed by employee everyday. Asked for mor information for her to get frustrated and hang up on me. So rude. They also force you to pay to see more shots of clients that have had the same procedure. They only have about 3 photos of the same size people on their page
I had a wonderful experience the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming including the staff.the young lady who serviced me was awesome she said I was a mood we kept talking bout food she is so funny I like her ,what sweet heart. My experience was exceptional the procedure was explained to me by Ms Kay and steps l needed to do to get the results l am looking for. Surroundings were cleaned and all staff very helpful and professional. I am definitely will be utilizing other services here.
My experience was great the staff was very professional very welcoming and really showed genuine concern while catering to my needs which I truly appreciated as for nurse k she answered ALL my questions and assured me that I was at the BEST Overall I was very pleased and I’m looking forward to my results so I can spread the word
I've been going to resilience med spa for a few weeks, great experience, great staff, awesome progress. Some stated the building is closed on Saturday's and the staff is rude..., that's false the building is open, you have to call for someone to come down and get you,,,, which takes less that 2min,,, patience is a virtue. I will continue my journey with resilience and recommend them to anyone looking for a change with great staffing. Melissa has been an excellent, very polite. Great place to get your body snatched ;)
