A disorganised, rude and incompetent receptionist at the front desk unfortunately. The Nurse and Doctor were fantastic but did not seem to be supported by their receptionist either (missing / incorrect paperwork etc).
Very unprofessional in dealing with my workcover claim. I told them what happened as I wrote a statement and they just blew it off and wanted to sweep it under the carpet. Im trying to get my reports and basically all my file to go over it but they are being very unhelpful. Might be a claim with this treatment and the pain and suffering that goes along with it because Resile is where it all starts for me. Very fast, reliable and friendly team. Didn't have any issues at all, the whole process seamed very streamlined and professional.
I have dealt with the Medicals Team and their service has been impeccable. I can't give them enough star's rating. Extremely helpful, quick with responses and information required and made the whole process so smooth and easy. I highly recommend them.
