very unprofessional, did not even check with me before they make a random booking for me on a week day somewhere 1 hour drive from where I live. What is even worse the chest screen and general tests were booked in two different locations which were 2 hours drive. Called back to reschedule staff was very rude on the phone
I do not recommended using Resile at all. Nothing but issues which leave me extremely concerned for the privacy and confidentiality of our medical records. Incorrect personal details including incorrect birthdate, incorrect referral forms and incorrect details on referral. It took 5 phone calls and two emails to rectify this issue. Resile booked appointments for work medical, arrive for said medical and the service is closed, Resile had sent the incorrect details yet again and medical was actually 3 hours later.
