5 stars to Terence the incredible social worker who greatly assisted the process of getting dad into a quality aged care residence. The staff were all friendly and helpful during my visits there. Nurses however always looked run off their feet and there wasn't anyone available to assist dad to go on his daily walks (recommended as part of his recovery), which lead to him being mostly left sedentary in his shared room.
