Worst ever!!!! Eduardo Kept me in his office for hours in order to fill out all paperwork and “lock up” the rate and after everything was done, he FORGOT to lock my rate,.. then this whole craziness happened with the rates and I lost my rate of 3.7% to God knows where it is now.. so I never got to refinance my house and he didn’t even had the courtesy of answering the email I sent confronting him about the whole mistake he did.. very unprofessional.., stay away
