I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and management within your service. Over the past three weeks, I have made at least fifteen attempts to contact your office, and even the hospital has tried reaching out to the manager on my behalf. When I finally managed to get through, I was informed that there were no available appointments. My father was well looked after at this nursing home. The staff was always welcoming and place was always clean. The food was always on time and very tasty. I would highly recommend residential gardens I have so much love for how they treated and looked after my father. May u always be blessed.

I goto this place a fair bit for work. This place is just amazing. The residents seem so relaxed and happy and the staff are very accommodating towards their needs. It's a very clean well looked after care home where staff are always available for their residents in need and it makes returning patients back from hospital very happy to be getting back to their own beds or have a lovely cooked meal, which smells absolutely divine. An amazing place with a dedicated ambulance entry. :)
