Very poor service at RCS. Loan was sold to a new carrier and my last payment was sent to RCS but they changed their PO box and can't find it. I am afraid to cancel my payment as I can guarantee they will attempt to cash the check, it will bounce and they will fine me. They have handled this situation very poorly and did nothing before this to warrant a better rating. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as my payment is still due.
My loan got sold out by sterns and lending with perfect credit and never a late payment and I have NEVER been more appalled by a "company" in my life! RSC had poor (to put it lightly) customer service. I had to beg to pay my mortgage and they tried everything in their power to sabatoge it. After two months and hours of phone calls, I called my broker and told him I would rather pay double my mortgage than to ever deal with these people again.
