Inexperienced staff, scabies outbreak that went untreated and the govt was not informed, poor staff and meals. Staff members are not qualified. Owner has no background in elder care.
Yes it is safe for the residents. However the owner refuses to return calls from family members. Family members are never informed of changes to visitation policies And a number of staff members are rude towards residents, family members and also volunteers. Don't expect too much from the quebecois and you won't be disappointed.
