Staff needs to brush up on cleaning , my mother was severe couldn't breathe to clean , she was hospitalized consistently , I went there during one of my mother's hospitalizations looking for things and the worker was looking under my mother's bed and she moved things out and the amount of dust under my mother's bed was mortifying considering she was ok home oxygen with a very small lung capacity , she replied oh thats probably not good for her . Im an employee and yes its an older building but the staff is dedicated to making the residents feel at home..we do our best and go above and beyond..don't believe everything you hear in the news.
While it's an older building that needs work, the Administrator running Sheridan Lodge is a kind and considerate person. I genuinely appreciate my coworkers. I've worked here about 5 years. Myself & the other employees continue to work here because we truly care for the residents.
