Ma mère y est présentement et je dois avouer que le service est vraiment hors normes. Les gens sont empathiques, ils aiment leurs résidentes et résidents, ils communiquent avec la famille rapidement s'il y a quoi que ce soit. La chambre a une grande porte patio et la place est très propre. Je remercie le personnel d'être aussi attentionné envers ma mère. J'ai entière confiance en les Résidences Haut-Bois! Merci

I have a family member currently stuck in this horrible place. It’s a nightmare for all of us to witness the lack of empathy from the rude staff, total disregard for the person basic and small needs. Every time they make it a fight for us to try help improve their stays they will take a pleasure to tell you that now they are the boss and they know what’s best for your elderly and that you have no say in it anymore. Notre mère a séjouné à la résidence pendant presque 2 ans. Elle a tjs été traitée avec respect et bienveillance par tous les employés(es) jusqu'à la toute fin. Un merci spécial à la directrice Lucie Dauphinais pour son implication et aux infirmières qui ont su déceler rapidement des erreurs médicales qui affectaient sa santé.
