We had an incredibly positive experience with Residence Despins during my grandma’s stay. From day one, Leigh Anne and her team set the standard for what supportive housing should be. The level of genuine care, attention, and respect they showed wasn’t just professional, it was deeply personal. Do not put your parents here no professional nurses giving medications! They hire anybody! The manager who takes care of these poor vulnerable souls is not professional herself, my dad told me she smelt like a ashtray and favourited only some of her personnel, she can be quite nasty as well very shady lady her name starts with a L
My mother was here for 9 yrs We were told there would be things to do No activities, very boring for the residents. Leah Anne never called us back or replied to any emails when we were inquiring about mom Depends on whose working whether bed is made or not, most times bed was not made More needs to be done for residents that live there and LeahAnne should reply back.
