I’d like to leave a very positive review for Richard at Reside Furniture. We ordered a custom Handstone furniture set, and Richard was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Since we live out of town, he was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and friendly throughout the process. Very smooth and transparent
Stopped into Reside Furnishings on Mayfield Road while heading for dinner next door to see if they carried patio furniture. They don’t, but Jo approached me right away, was very polite, mentioned another place farther down the road and then simply let me walk around comfortably. At first glance the pricing felt high, but once you look closer the quality starts to show itself. Reside furniture is amazing, they have a professional, knowledgeable sales team and the service department is outstanding. Customer satisfaction is top priority, they stand by their products. Shout out to Daniel and Ethan from the service department for their hard work and attention to detail. Richard in the sales department has excellent design skills and product knowledge. Great work everyone!
Our salesperson Richard was outstanding - extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very prompt in responding to questions (even on days when he wasn't working!). The delivery team was prompt, very professional, polite and took great care in setting up our furniture (white glove service). It was a great experience shopping at Reside!
