UPDATE ONE YEAR ONE FROM ORIGINAL POST: THESE DOGS ARE STILL REFUSING TO ANSWER MY CALLS AND EMAILS. THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO MAINTAIN A STEADY PAY DATE AND HAVE CONTINUOUSLY FINED ME AND LEFT ME IN ARREARS SAYING I HAVE NOT MADE THE PAYMENT DESPITE THE FACT I OBVIOUSLY HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENTS INCLUDING THE EXTRA I HAVE BEEN PAYING. Truly great mortgage managers for "out of the box" type lending. especially for self-employed and those clients who have been declined by their own bank for many reasons. Recommend brokers give them a try as they are very helpful and also look after mutual clients well, post settlement (which is important to keep clients on side).
