I am a mortgage broker. I sent 3 of my recent loans to ResiCentral over the past several weeks. All 3 closed late, 2 of them VERY late, one of which is currently still going, waiting to be Cleared to Close after about 30 days beyond closing. They went a span of over 2 weeks at one point before the Underwriter respondedon a simple review of income docs we had submitted. Piecemeal new conditions is their way.
