What a wonderful way to start the day. Christina's class was a gentle flow that was grounding and restorative.
I really enjoyed Christina's class . Her energy is soothing, encouraging and calm. It can be difficult to slow down and practice mindfulness and self care (mental and physical) and she provided an excellent environment to do just that! Thank you so much!
