Great experience- staff are wonderful and helpful. The lounge with all of the compression stuff was very relaxing. I could have sat there all day. Cold plunges are 48° and 38°, they have a hot tub, three individual saunas and two rooms with red light therapy. If you are active and like recovery amenities this location is great. Highly recommend.
Great experience! Stopped by when visiting Scottsdale for the weekend and now plan to start going to my local one. Definitely recommend!

My buddy dragged me into this place, and at first I wasn’t all for it, but my experience was amazing. When we first walked in, we were greeted by Ally and Karson, both very kind and welcoming. The place is super relaxing… except for the cold plunge. I was dreading it, but Ally coached me through it. By the second time I went in (my buddy made me do it again), I lasted just over a minute. All in all, it was a lot of fun and a great experience.
I really wanted to love this place because the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the manager's attitude. She was cold, rigid, and asserted her title rather than trying to be helpful. It’s clear that at this establishment, strict adherence to rules and profit margins comes before customer satisfaction. Great team, poor leadership.
