My first time going there yesterday and this is insane—-My skin literally looks so much younger the next day and my body feels amazing. I will be definitely adding these into my new Wellness program. I’m creating for myself and also great before traveling.
I’ve done a lot of wellness and recovery experiences over the years, and RESET in Scottsdale was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. The entire experience felt intentional, elevated, and incredibly well executed from start to finish. I did the circuit compression, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and red light therapy sequence, and by the end I felt like my nervous system had been completely reset. Clean, friendly not too busy. This has been the best cold plunge/sauna experience I've had outside of a 5 star resort. Great team, Ali is very helpful. If you're new to the plunge and wellness scene this should start here.
Great experience- staff are wonderful and helpful. The lounge with all of the compression stuff was very relaxing. I could have sat there all day. Cold plunges are 48° and 38°, they have a hot tub, three individual saunas and two rooms with red light therapy. If you are active and like recovery amenities this location is great. Highly recommend.
