I really wanted to love this place because the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the manager's attitude. She was cold, rigid, and asserted her title rather than trying to be helpful. It’s clear that at this establishment, strict adherence to rules and profit margins comes before customer satisfaction. Great team, poor leadership.
Zero stars if I could. I arrived with a web confirmation and a pending credit card charge, but was told neither "counted" as proof of booking. The staff was incredibly condescending, essentially implying I’d faked a bank statement for a little free sauna. To top it off, they tried to "fix" it by charging me a higher rate than the website. Faulty booking systems are one thing, but the accusatory tone and price-gouging are unacceptable. Avoid.
Our first experience here was on a Sunday with two employees who were excited to get us started and it was a FANTASTIC experience. They have several stations that you work through on a given visit: - Compression Therapy (including hips) - Infrared Sauna - Hydrotherapy (cold and hot tubs) - Red Light Therapy All the equipment was clean, new, and easy to use. I was invited to Reset as a guest by one of my good friends and I was immediately hooked. The compression, the infrared sauna, the cold plunge and red light were all phenomenal! While the services themselves were excellent, the customer service I received was beyond exceptional. It being my first time, the manager, Ali, took great care to ensure I was properly educated on each of the stations. She was very organized and helpful.
