I have been a member of Cryo Method for about a year and a half and I have loved their services. The new Reset location is AWESOME. So excited that there’s now a place in town with a cold plunge. The flexibility of the contrast therapy and being able to switch back and forth between sauna and coId plunge is perfect. Recovering at Reset is so beneficial to both my mental and physical health. I look forward everyday to my hour at Reset. Anything from compressions on your legs, hips and arms to relaxing in the saunas and then taking the cold plunge. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable! They also cheer you on and provide encouragement while you are plunging. The pain in my knees and quickly disappeared since I started going to Reset. I cannot recommend more! The space is also very clean and comfortable! Check it out, you won’t regret it!
This place is such an amazing asset to Missoula. After my workouts, my favorite thing to do is all of these modalities. The two front desk girls are very personable and run a tight ship around here. I look forward to future visits and to watch this place grow!
