Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The bus arrived late due to overbooking and had not been cleaned or properly prepared. We were also told the driver would be familiar with the Charlotte area, but that wasn’t the case, which caused some confusion during our trip. Would not recommend. The owner, Mike, was rude and unprofessional. Our party bus time was pushed back days before, then the day of we were told 10–15 minutes late—but it ended up being over 30 minutes, and we didn’t leave until 10:40. The check engine light was on the entire ride, which made us feel unsafe. When we contacted Mike, he seemed more concerned about getting a tip than addressing our safety concerns. I booked Reserve Party Bus for my daughter’s junior prom so that she and her friends could enjoy themselves safely!! I’m so thankful that I found this company and Mr. Michael made booking very smooth and delivered everything that he promised!!
