We truly enjoyed our trip with Michael, bus was right on time for pickup, bus was clean and in great shape, very pleased with our experience.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The bus arrived late due to overbooking and had not been cleaned or properly prepared. We were also told the driver would be familiar with the Charlotte area, but that wasn’t the case, which caused some confusion during our trip. Most concerning was a safety issue—multiple seats kept rising while people were sitting, and a guest ended up on the ground and resulting in bruising.
