Very lousy management
They bait you with low rent for first year then raise it very high on you. If you have kids go somewhere else they have too many old people living there that have nothing better to do then complain about your kids. Maintenance good luck there if they have a guy available he only works on Wednesday and Thursday and someone over 18 has to be home or they will not show up.
