Very lousy management
They bait you with low rent for first year then raise it very high on you. If you have kids go somewhere else they have too many old people living there that have nothing better to do then complain about your kids. Maintenance good luck there if they have a guy available he only works on Wednesday and Thursday and someone over 18 has to be home or they will not show up. The building Manager is only in on Wednesday and Thursday also so good luck there. They show exterme favorrism like all dogs have to be on a leash not if you... read more

Jason Chapman our new service tech is FABULOUS. I called this morning regarding a water leak and within minutes he arrived and fixed the problem completely … even leaving to get parts and materials needed to finish the project! We are so lucky to have him! Thank you Jason!
