I have always had good experience with Reser Bicycle - kind, polite, and knowledgeable service are a standard at their shops. Prices are fair and they carry some of the lesser heard bike manufacturers here in the Midwest, like BMC and SantaCruz. Their Newport shop is larger and stocked with more items than their OTR shop, but both are decent and have full repair capabilities. And lastly, Reser is a good local business that gives back to the community through many different avenues.
