Working with Miguel and Grant for the implementation has been a great experience. They have been amazing throughout the entire process. Despite some challenges due to the large number of profiles we manage, they've remained incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. Their support has made a big difference, and we truly appreciate their dedication.

Miguel was very responsive during this process and followed up very quickly with questions etc. I felt reassured that Miguel knew his job and was helping us get the best out of the onboarding. I would have liked to have had more training on the portal, as I still feel like I have a lot of questions, but this is more to do with the contract than Miguel.
