My phone recently died in the middle of a workday, and I need my phone for work. I stopped in at this location to get a replacement phone and I was helped by Sierra. Not only did Sierra efficiently help me get my new phone she also managed to help a handful of other customers at the same time, all while Western Union was down. I'm sure everyone who works there does a great job helping people, but Sierra was such a great kind help when I needed it.
Marc was AWESOME with time, information, guidance, & assistance. Thanks for getting my new phone all set up & ready to use. I know my family appreciates being able to talk with me directly again!!!
Wants a $4 ATM fee to buy a book of stamps with a debit card. They are exploiting their own customers. Prove me wrong.
You should really make sure your employee knows to tell someone that you don't accept Online banking before they waste hours of their time. Especially when I talked to them on the phone before starting the document gathering process and said it was an online bank. Still didn't click apparently!!
