Great and very friendly people!
Brought them a school check and waited around for a long time for the employee to verify it, I even attempted to help reach someone. The employee told me they’ve cashed checks from my school before - for whatever reason but it didn’t help me any. In the end she wouldn’t cash it because I checked the mobile deposit box. I did mention I had an email proving Venmo refused to process it because the last name didn’t match the account but no matter they wouldn’t cash it.
