Don't use this company
Has missed my yard pick up several times this year. They missed it this past week, I called and they had setup a pickup for the following day. They then missed that pick up as well and now have set up another date. My bags are now soaked and have been sitting in front of my house looking terrible. No one from the call center is helpful, they always say they cant find previous info and even told me it was my fault for putting it in lawn bags!
I just spoke to an amazing customer service rep named Tamika. She helped me so much set up a residential bulk pickup. Not only was she fast and attentive she was extremely friendly. Highly satisfied with the customer service department.
Great place ,friendly people and reasonable prices. I look forward to doing business with them again and I recommend you do the same as well.
