customer service the worst order a dumpster that day lucky to get it a week later they are the worst
Notably good service experience Collection started on correct date, took all of our moving boxes whether broken down or not. Also took smaller household items damaged during move. Took huge trash bags of packing paper. Customer service was friendly, precise in quotes and collection info plus, I had less than a five minute hold time.
Can count on them Takes forever to get anyone on phone!!! Will take tree limbs but not cardboard boxes unless they are broke down!! Makes no sense! customer service is also very rude! If you tip the guy he will take anything even stuff they are not suppose to! BAD BAD BAD !!!
