These people pick up from my apartment complex and constantly leave trash all over the place. It can’t be that hard to clean the trash off the top of your truck. I’ve been behind their trash trucks before and had an entire pizza box full crust fly off the top of it and nearly hit my car. The only positive thing I have to say about this company is they move trash
Walker Machine and Foundry Corp. Over my 50 years we have used various services. Republic has done the best job. Customer Service is very responsive and has solved problems when they have occurred. There have been some twisty ones, too. The best part, what keeps me from occasionally checking around, is our rep for the past couple of years Lauren Davis. We all would agree that nothing beats performance with a customer service rep that sincerely cares. I wish we had employed more people like her.
Would never recommend, started with them in 2020 and my bill was $200 a month which was reasonable. Every month like clock work it went up $20, just now I received an $800 bill. I even tried to work with them and they said they would reduce the current bill if I don’t switch but woke up this morning to a full charge on my credit card. They’ll tell you whatever they need to keep you as a client but won’t follow thru. Switching over to piedmont services who guaranteed me a flat price that won’t change.
We r using Republic services from 17 years now for our business best company with awesome team … we r so pleased with Lauren Davis … she is the best person with beautiful heart …🤗❤️♥️💜always take care for everything… love u Lauren Davis 🤗❤️❤️♥️💜💚
