Absolutely the worst company to try and contact. The local facility has never returned any of my phone calls after leaving several messages and sending emails. They even happen to be a customer of the company I work for!! I wouldn't recommend them for anything. You're better off trying any other waste disposal company or recycling facility.

They just don’t pick up on their scheduled days. They are suppose to pick up every other week and they have missed both pick ups in May. I called and talked to a representative who was in Arizona - I’m in Michigan. Although he was a nice person he could give me not definite pick up time or day!

Over the past 2 tears of supposed "service" for we pay we are likely to missed at least 5+ times a year for trash pick up by Republic. Today we called because last was another of those times. We were given an excuse of trying and to expect late pick up this week. Who may I ask needs late or NO pickup service when it's 80+° ? No one! We pay,you delay or just plain don't pick up. How about you credit each time you miss us? I bet you owe us greatly. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

The staff here is very friendly and makes the process very easy. They maintain a clean and safe operation. We appreciate everyone who keeps the transfer station running so smoothly.

The best is the first person I see after weighing in across the scales!! Fresh face and always happy!!
