Garbage not picked up for 3 weeks but picked up our next door neighbor's. Bin out night before schedule for 22 years. WHY ????
Terrible service, outsourced customer service and billing so they dont have to talk to their customers. Failed to pick up garbage, failed to pick up after placing a ticket to pick up the garbage they were supposed to, failed to come after their outsourced customer service sent them a note to pick it up, and said we will just pick it up on the next pick up day we don’t care that you have maggots all over the can. What's the point in two lanes of you don't use them both. I've been in line for 45 minutes and one truck has dumped. The operator sits in one lane blocking it the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely the rudest worse most expensive garbage service ever I totally recommend not even wasting your money and time with these lazy people horrible service
