Republic's rates are absurd. Residential trash pickup rates have more than doubled in the past year and have increased five-fold in the last eight years. Currently at $120 a month (billed quarterly) to empty one 95 gallon toter once per week, usually into their truck but occasionally into my driveway or into the middle of the highway in front of my house. Items that don't fit into the toter are not picked up, but can be scheduled for separate pickup for $65 per occurrence, or, curiously, dropped off by the customer for $138.

Was not happy with the conversation we had with them Dumpster was a day late and 2 days late to pickup. Absolutely no communication between the salesperson and front office.

Garbage not picked up for 3 weeks but picked up our next door neighbor's. Bin out night before schedule for 22 years. WHY ????

Terrible service, outsourced customer service and billing so they dont have to talk to their customers. Failed to pick up garbage, failed to pick up after placing a ticket to pick up the garbage they were supposed to, failed to come after their outsourced customer service sent them a note to pick it up, and said we will just pick it up on the next pick up day we don’t care that you have maggots all over the can.
