Nothing but problems, from missed pickups, to removing my can because of their mistakes, and never a bill adjustment, a total of five missed pickups even with calling never picked up my trash😡
If I could give zero stars, I would. Republic you suck. You have not picked up our garbage the last four out of six weeks of service. No apology. No discount. Raised the bill and still don't pick up our garbage. Other people in Lasalle-Peru are getting their garbage picked up, so why is our subdivision ignored? The audacity of these workers wanting more money.. First pick up after their strike & my neighborhood is FILLED with trash. You can tell they did their jobs carelessly. Should be ashamed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the absolute worst to work with. It is impossible to get anyone one the phone. My bill is always different every 3 months with random fees on it. I have tried calling about a fee on the bill for weeks, then got a late fee because I want my questions answered before I pay, and what do they do...absolutely nothing!
