Wish there was a ZERO star...this garbage pick up is unpredictable, "customer service" lacks ...well...customer service! It's a call center into a foreign country, notifications you sign up for via the app does not notify you of either delays or when they will be buy what day as they did not pick up on scheduled original days. Lady on the phone could not answer a WHY question as to why didn't anyone notify if I signed up for notifications....horrible service for garbage in our area!

Im only giving the company 3 stars and that's pushing it as a whole. However, if there was an individual employee rating- TreVoir Giles would get 5 stars in my book. When I had questions or complaints he was on it. He was very responsive, provided clear details and was consistently helpful whenever I had a question or a COMPLAINT.

Trying to cancel is damn near IMPOSSIBLE and they just keep charging you. Ended up disputing with my bank to get my 500 bucks back AND they still haven't picked up the carts over a month after cancelation.

Try to cancel service with these people is impossible. Stopped at their office and the receptionist told me she doesn't have the authority to do anything. I must contact their customer service. My wife and I have both tried to contact them. We spent hours on the phone only to listen to a recorded message. Their pricing is outrageous. I have checked the area and there are better options. My advise is not to do business with these people.

Useless company. I get it picked up half the time,the other half I have to dump it at the Farmers Market
