Try to cancel service with these people is impossible. Stopped at their office and the receptionist told me she doesn't have the authority to do anything. I must contact their customer service. My wife and I have both tried to contact them. We spent hours on the phone only to listen to a recorded message. Their pricing is outrageous. I have checked the area and there are better options. My advise is not to do business with these people.

A 30% increase since republic took over. This year $128 annual increase 28% over previous year. Called like my neighbor for a better rate and was offered a different price higher than next door. Inadequate explanation. Cancelled

Rates have gone up for the past two years. Always paid for the year in advance. When over $600.00 was just too high and I cancelled the service I was notified it will cost me $135.00 for them to pick up the cans. Seriously, what a rip off. Then try to make some sort of deal with me to keep my business. No thanks!!

They do not work with their customers. There are no affordable options for low income families. Very disappointing that a company is price gouging families.
